Hi everyone ,I'm Liantra Naidoo ,I turned vegan five years ago and was vegeterian since the age of twelve ....due to my becoming aware of the cruelty involved in the meat and dairy industries .I am currently trying to do the raw till four lifestyle ,it's still early days ...it is only my third day on the diet and I'm still adjusting and trying to stick to the rules ...I know I can find the support and a wealth of information that I require from this community .

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
I can't think of any movie titles now but I tend to enjoy romances ,comedy ,sci-fi and the occasional thriller ...I am a big time reader and love books and own a bunch ....mainly deep philosophy -mainly eastern based but also the occasional western (which is usually based on Eastern philosophy anyways) I enjoy expressive styles of dance viz belly dance and I want to learn salsa and Latin styles too and just getting my groove on when and where I can generally I'm a deep thinker and a very spiritually aware individual .

Just how to maintain this lifestyle and I've got some questions regarding .....EFA ,since the HCLF raw vegan lifestyle suggests 5% only fatty acids how does the brain and hormonal systems regenerate and sustain on this diet ?and the low sodium in the diet ...how does it affect the general balance in the body ?and how will I know what 5% of fat and protein is doing this lifestyle ?and how do I measure my sodium in take?like is one teaspoon enough per day with the cooked meal ?I value your knowledge and would appreciate your response to my questions .Thank you
