I am a married mother of 1 - daughter 3 years old. I am just beginning my raw food journey to lose weight and get healthy from the inside out. I am in outside sales for a trucking company so I eat out alot - trying to stay raw at restaurants isn't always easy. I am excited to network on this site and get to know more raw food people.

I enjoy Oxygen Magazine, Organic Gardening, and Womens Fitness. I like to read books to learn about health - I like David Wolfe books! I enjoy kayaking, gardening, exercising - basically anything outdoors that isn't too scary !!
