After new years day, 2017, I went vegan. I have been eating rt4 since may, and feeling pretty good about it. It's been hard to give up my complex dinner recipes. I have always been an avid foodie and chef, and I love spending all night in the kitchen cooking up a delicious and extravagant meal. I spent the last of my 20s hardly ever eating a serving of raw fruit. Every meal was well seasoned and salted, baked, fried, or stewed. Now I am discovering the wonders of the simplistic raw diet and I love it! I am not yet ready to let go of the occasional thai curry or pizza, but I try to eat raw simple dinners more and more.

I joined because I have liked reading the posts, and because I wanna talk about the chronometer app and the experiences people have had with it. I have no Vegan friends, and I look forward to making some in the future! :D
