After following Freelee for a couple years on YouTube, and implementing some of her recommendations into my everyday life, I decided to not just be plant based when it was convenient to me, but go full tilt VEGAN! For my health and my family, for the animals and their unjust suffering, and for the well being of the planet as a whole. Freelee's insights on restrictive diets and metabolic damage are spot on. All of what she teaches will happen to people who restrict their calories happened to me. I'm thankful that I came across her channel and have been able to learn from her.

The Raw Till 4 Diet - Freelee The Omnivore Dilemma - Michael Pollan Love any and all documentaries (pertaining to veganism, and also on other subject matter such as history) I spend a lot of my leisure time on youtube, watching different channels. It's great that youtube has created a platform for anyone who wants to create content, and allows me to find videos about almost anything I want to learn about.
