Iv been on this life style for nearly 10months, more raw till 4. Im doing fully raw now and am eating about 3000 calories a day. I exercise about three to four times a week doing cardio and weights at the gym for an hour or more, i also work walking dogs three days a week. I am active with charities, run my own business and study at university as well so quite a busy life. I am finding am still hungry in the evening and really hungry when i wake up.
It is important to me to fix my metabolic damage and to lose weight healthily.
My question is do i need to eat more or is it ok to stay were I'm at in regards to calorie intake?

At that activity level I'd try a minimum of 4000 and see how you feel. As others say, if hungry eat more.

If you're hungry, eat more :) You just can't eat too much of whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic fruit.
If you're hungry, eat more. Simple as that, no restriction. :) Plus you sound acctually quite active, so I'd say you could try upping your intake to 3500 or so, and see how you feel!
