1) Are you eating all your fruit when fully ripe? - unripe fruit can cause nausea and appetite loss, so be sure to eat bananas when they are sweet and spotty, not green/pale yellow and starchy!
2) Are you fully hydrated? Aim for at least 3 liters of water a day, and more if you aren't peeing clear regularly.
3) Simplify! The best way to have great digestion and energy on this lifestyle is to keep things really simple. Aim to eat the majority of your meals as monomeals, and even do some mono days if you feel your digestion isn't optimal yet. (Also I'd ditch the carrots and go for fruit instead, as they can be quite rough on the digestive system.)
4) You could just be getting some detox symptoms, so make sure to get plenty of rest and sleep, and don't worry if it takes a few days to get back to feeling tip top :)
Hope this helps, and hope you feel better really soon, Esperanza xxx
I've found that I do better with smaller meals instead of 1000 calorie meals (they make me feel nauseated as well so I know what you're talking about) Plus with my schedule, I can do the smaller meals without a problem. So if 3 big meals doesn't work for you, try 5 or 6 smaller meals while still getting at least 2500 calories per day. Also, make sure to drink 2-3L of water per day! When I upped my water from 2 to 3 L I noticed a huge improvement in my digestion and overall well being :) Good luck!
Thank you so much guys!! Been feeling better throughout the day I bet tomorrow will be even better if I keep my carbs up. I really appreciate your concern :)
Would you like to share a typical day for you? Sleep, food, water, activity...we'll get to the bottom of this!!!

I usually go to bed around 11 and get up at nine.
But lately I haven't been able to get to sleep until like 12 and I get up every two or so hours to pea then I wake up at about 830 because I cant get back to sleep.
Then I drink a whole jar of water then eat as many bananas as I can before I go to class usually around 6+ depending how I feel that morning. I try to fit a bunch of oranges in there too but they make me feel nausiated. I try to go to hot yoga everyday that I dont have ringette but sometimes my schoolwork gets in the way, so I usually end up taking about two days off a week.
I also have minor scoliosis in my back, could this be causing any of my symptoms?
I agree that you are undercarbed - insomnia is a sign. Smoothies can help you get more calories.

bananas and oranges are NOT IDEAL to combine. Here is what I might suggest:
Wake up and drink 1-2 liters of water over the course of an hour. Then make a nice big banana mylk smoothie and chew every swallow. drink for about 45+ minutes. Slow down if you're drinking it to fast. don't drink water for 10-20 min after smoothie. drink as much as you need. Lunch: As many oranges as you can, and make OJ to drink so you get in your calories! I'm talking 800-1000 per meal. Dinner: big banana mylk smoothie like breakfast. You can switch these meals around. Drink 2-3 Liters of water through the day before 5pm. This way you will pee less in the night. Sipping water around bed time is highly recommended! Get to bed earlier if possible. If not, then stop eating around 830-9 so you get all that fluid out of your system. HOT YOGA will dehydrate you. are you peeing CLEAR 8-12x a day? Are you honestly? :) I means this with LOVE!
I try to eat as much as I can force into my body. so far today I have had 6 bananas and two jars of orange carrot juice. I know I should eat more but I actually cannot force anymore into my body! I just feel even more ill. Its so weird
