I learnt to keep silence and mind my business 'cause is the most peaceful approach, but if they get disrespectful or obnoxious I strike back with Einstein's famous quote "Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds" and left it at that. =D
Ps; I just read a good one on Facebook too that said Before you criticize, walk a mile in my shoes.
