In 2006 my 5 doctors told me I would be dead in 2 weeks, maybe a couple months at the most. I should go home and prepare myself. I had been bedridden for 2.5 years. My last driver's license (although I had not driven for a long while) said I weighed 350Kg. I got mad at those doctors, and I fired them all for failure to achieve the objectives they were hired for.
I am not sure what a genius is, but my whole life people have said I am one. I am a very good researcher. I took it on myself to find a way to live longer than 2 months. Within a few weeks I had medically confirmed diagnosis of Celiac Disease and was looking for a way to be gluten free. Everything I did was largely a failure - so I decided to try just sending my helper and buying fruits and veggies at the public market, and eating them!
Within 4 days I was able to do "Exercise!" For me, that was get out of bed and walk 2 meters. Everyday I added a step and was able to walk to my front gate within a few more weeks. I started with the diet in the Bible, I called it the VeGenesis plan (Veg + Genesis). In the years that followed, I changed the name to Vegarian, and finally my diet evolved to the RAW118 Design Diet! (What we are designed to eat.
When I finally learned about 30BAD and 80-10-10, I was amazed by how much it resembled the diet I had assembled over the years. There are some minor differences, I chock them up to the POV, sports or illness. (Being a top athlete or being bedridden at 350Kg!
||Since then, my heart disease, angina, diabetes, gout and a host of other disabling illness have disappeared. I have recently set new records (walking 5Km, and swimming 600 meters). I hope to be able to find a bike I can afford and that will carry my weight. I think riding a bike to the Aqua Center to swim and then riding hone would help me.
I don't consider myself "Vegan" - because every Vegan I ever met was a sexist, misogynist, racist or something else I just do not want to be. But I do not eat, wear or use animals.

well It's complicated
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
I like old teachings. One of my favourite is the Bible, but the Original Bible, not the one you will usually see in some church.
I like space movies. Did you ever notice how many future people never eat animals?
I share my space today with 3 rescued dogs and as many rescued people too!
Having helped invent the Internet, I know something about that too. I plan to start something in the Internet about the RAW118 Design Diet in the hopes it helps others who are seriously ill to recover.
I have read both Go Fruit Yourself and Carb The F*** Up.

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Besides what I shared above, I would like advise in helping others to heal (not only myself). Many of the people who come to me have very little money. I define "poor" as people who cannot afford to eat three times a day.
However, I also believe that the way to the top of a mountain goes in many directions with many twists and changes. We do not start at the top and say we have arrived!
I focus on the life giving relationship people have with seed bearing plants (not the seeds, the plants). The health and design of humans. Vegans usually focus on the cruelty humans inflict on sentient beings. So often, though our focus is different, our path is the same.
I am a peaceful man, just trying to help many poor, sick animals on the Earth, called humans.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply despite some disagreement since I am a team player

Yes, that is sad Vegarian.
I will wait another day or two and see if they come online again. That is a treasure of science proving why a raw food diet is best for primates and humans, and how cooking destroys enzymes and nutrients in food which in turn cause a degeneration in human and animal health.
There are lots of other things too dealing with natural hygiene, and permaculture, and spirituality.
I will talk to you in a few days if they come back online and or I find those sources elsewhere. Many of those books are free and or public domain now.
Peace, PK
Thank you for being, I am on the same path, what is funny, they never diagnose me, coz once i experiment with it(and I got some issue in blood with gluten), I simply stop eating it, then go raw and then low fat. My issue is maybe with thyroid related(but I was sick child all my life and then I find mercy. bdw. I have been in cocobeach, manila and long beach for 3weeks when I was little kid:). Beautiful, still remember 70years old grandma, climbing a palm for coconut and open it up with machette knife and pirattes eat our shells that we try raw there:). That was the last I give up, raw sea food. (jodine?)
