Hello friends.
I've got real problem due to defecation at school.
There's a common belief that pooping is something that you should be ashamed of, and so on. I've been all my life thinking this way until I got on the right, fruity path. I love it but the belief is something I can't help and simply can't poop at school though I want and try to. Therefore, my stomach aches all day and I can't e.g. go jogging in the afternoon.
I think that it'll take some time to get used to using toilet at school (= it's not impossible) but there's another question: Will it affect my overall results? Will it affect my digestion?

This doesn't necessarily help when you've just gotta go during school time, but it helps if you download before you go. Wake up early enough to feel relaxed and unrushed, drink a quart of water immediately upon rising, perhaps workout, more water, and eat a large fruit meal. This should help move things along prior to your departure.
Wow... I am so glad I don't have this problem! I go anywhere and whenever I need to which is 3-4x a day. I love to camp and usually places with no toilets at all. Yep dig a hole and bury it like a cat. lol Pooping is natural. Be open and not ashamed of what is a natural part of life. Be happy and grateful for a non stinky fruity healthy bowel movement. I see patients daily that are on laxatives daily for years and have chronic constipation, severe impaction requiring surgery. I have a handful of patients that have had C. DIff for almost a year now. It is horrible and sad. So I think I have a pretty good perspective on this subject. Enjoy pooping and be happy damn it! Things could be so much worse than where you drop anchor!
drop anchor LOL.
Yes, I'll be using that one :D
Are you waking up early enough to get your bowels moving before you go to school?
I wake up 2-3 hours before school.
Also, since you're up early enough before school to have enough time, what's your morning water intake like? A half to 1 litre of water when you wake up will help get the bowels moving and prompt that first morning 'go'.
I always drink about 1 litre of water in the morning.
I usually poop slightly after I wake up so it's not a problem for me. But I also have to do it during the day (I eat lunch about 11 am and stay at school until 2-4 pm).
Oh, now I see. I usually don't have to go after lunch. In that case, I second the advice about choosing ONE bathroom at school, one that is kind of quiet and out of the way, and going there every single time you have to go. It might take a little while for you to become comfortable enough in the environment to actually poop, but stick with it and it will happen.
That's a good tip. Thank you, I'll do it. ;)
