Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to the Frugivore Diet. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member).
Why I'm here? Because I want to become healthy and happy, and need support - it's not that easy to eat this way when you have to do it among people who look at you and judge you. Also want to meet similar people and talk a little bit about experiences and so on.
Besides, I like playing ukulele, running, cycling and reading books.
What is your gender? PLEASE NOTE: To enhance the community experience, profile pics of yourself are *REQUIRED* to gain membership. Membership will be declined otherwise.

Hey Zuza :)
New vids are coming!
Hi,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
