I am having a lot of trouble losing weight. I am HCRV mostly. Occasionally I have cooked potato or rice, which does stop me from losing weight, so I don't have them much. I am struggling to lose even 100g a week. I am currently 59.4kg, and I can't seem to budge below 58, without putting it all back on again. Last year I was on a high fat diet and it took me 9 months to lose 4 kilos, so I decided to go raw vegan, but I still am having so much trouble. I seem to retain fluid a lot, too.
Can anyone help, because I am so confused about what to do?

I have a feeling you are actually at a healthy weight. If it really isn't though, my advice would be to eat more (if you need potatoes/rice, you still need to eat more-there is nothing wrong with either of those of course though). Also make sure you are working your way to eating 1/2 a kilo of greens a day. And of course move your butt.
If you consistently live a healthy lifestyle, in the end you will have a healthy weight.
Thanks for the advice. I don't eat many greens, sometimes only a few times a week. I like salads, but kinda find them harder to want to eat. I know from experience that when I eat stacks in a day, I lose just that bit more. I do walk or ride nearly everyday.
I think consistency in my diet is something I will need to maintain constantly, too.
