Dragon's not acidic at all, so I think it would be fine with the sweeter goodies.
At the end of the day, food combining isn't the law, but merely guidelines. Free to experiment within the bounds of common sense. If something doesn't work, don't do it again. But you may find combos you really like, that most importantly, also like you back.

Definitely acid or sub acid. Not sure which one.
