Fruity Identification...

I found a local shop specialising in Caribbean fruit...the lovely lady gave me various fruits to try first - one of which I'm not at all familiar with. It looks and smells kind of sapote-esque. 
I took a photo - does anyone recognize it?

      oh gosh....you are completely correct! naseberry in Jamaica..
      I always did wonder what they tasted like....now i know - delicious!! Are they high cal?
      I just broke into it and yumness..

      would you suggest eating many, or no?
      i think i had some things like this in thailand, a bit different though, and i couldnt eat more than too as they felt too heavy..

        hmm, the first quater of it is yum....then it gets a bit too overwhelming..

      Will do..the opening ceremony is due tomorrow.
      The photo doesnt really give anything away...its quite a bit bigger than a longan, and is very different...hmm its hard to explain, but the lady was raving about how wondrous it was and is.
      Also, it comes from Jamaica.
