I wanna throw a family dinner and prepare 5 courses 801010 for 30 peeps. I wanna blow everybody's brains out with the food. Anybody having some super fancy recipes that might be gourmet in the sense that they take long time to prepare and have more than 3 ingredients, but that are **not** gourmet in the usual sense (meaning i still would like to eat them myself, so they have to be 100% animal, salt and oil free). Thanks sisters and brothers! :*

I put the ingredients/instructions in the comments section. It's not super fancy, but it has 5 ingredients with the almonds and takes about 45min to prepare.
Thanks so much you all girl!

For dinner parties I usually make a fruit salad and use a "syrup" on it made by blending soaked dates with some of the soaking water, lime juice, and fresh grated ginger.
girl, they look amazing! and good tip about soaking the sun-dried toms for 24hours. i am never sure, since they still always taste salty to me. have fun in c-buri :)
here is a link to some "gourmet"-ish recipes from my blog. You can, of course, take out the garlic. I don't use oil, salt or pepper, but we aim our site at people who want to eat healthier and state garlic or salt to taste as a help for them. I hope this helps! Also, Christina Carrillo just posted a great fettuccine Alfredo dish on her website fullyraw.com that I tried and is delicious. (Also, garlic optional)
Best of luck!
