I am not that new to Raw Till 4 but I have my issues at the moment.
In 10/13 I decided to eat raw vegan for health reasons. I soon missed a cooked and warm food during the day and so Raw Till 4 seemed to be my solution. I was obese, struggled with indigestion and felt like a teenager with my horrible skin. During 2014 Raw Till 4 helped me to lose some pounds, improve my digestion and my skin.
In January 2015 I was told I am pregnant. In the first trimester I really suffered from nausea and could not eat that much. During April / May it stopped and I felt better, but I still have some days where I cannot manage to eat enough. On some days I am able to eat 2700 or even more cals, but on other days I barely reach 1600. Since I got the employment ban from my doctor quite early, I am just at home at the moment. In other words, my activity level (walking a lot at work, visiting the gym 3 times a week) was reduced from 100 to 0. I am not allowed to do sports anymore and so I am just lying or sitting at home all day. In my opinion this is the reason for my current poor appetite.
Nevertheless, I know I have to eat more again. Not only for myself, also for my baby. So I am here to improve my current eating behaviour, exchange with other people and maybe make some new friends. =)
