right on, this is one of the first things i noticed about eating fruit meals. i used ALWAYS eat til i was stuffed, and now i do the same thing, but before i was only getting full but not satiated, and now i get QUITE satiated and the fullness quickly turns into a feeling of light and energized after a meal.
It's about staying satiated, not staying full. For myself, as long as I consume enough greens with my fruits, then I stay satiated in between meals just fine.

If I eat one banana, yeah, maybe, but if I eat a meal of 1000cals of bananas, I can feel my stomach emptying after 4 to 5 hours.

the sugar restores your glycogen levels which keep you satiated. it's not about feeling full
