I just got the iphone 6 plus yesterday when using it there is a dumbness in my thumb, fingers, arm and I can even feel it in my heart. More noticeable when playing video. Some websites are saying high SAR. Is anyone else noticing anything?

It looks like there is no evidence that cell phones can cause cancer, so I doubt you need to worry about it, but its your call :) ( LOLOL GET IT?)
Nope. But what did you upgrade from? You're probably experiencing stretch pain from the new bigger size. A lot of people got it previously after switching from a small phone to a large-screen Android phone because they weren't used to the extended range of motion on a repetitive basis.
Did you know you can double-tap the home button (not double-click, just double-touch) to have the icons drop down within thumb range?
Mobile phone free for, like 3 years or so.
It's that simple.
I wouldn't keep any phone on my body, you're asking for cancer imo. Use loudspeaker whenever possible, stick the phone in airplane mode if you're not expecting an urgent call.
Yikes! My husband used to keep his flip phone in his pocket and could feel a tingling even days after he stopped doing that. My good friend used to keep her flip phone in her pocket and got a tumor on her ovary on that side, she stopped carrying the cell phone on her and the tumor went away. You might want to minize usage or better yet join No mobile phones.
I saw a documentary on how bad cell phones are a couple of years ago, a new one came out I have yet to see but it looks good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSJ7hQ4QgxY
