Help a newbie

Hey everyone! I'm quite new to Raw till 4 and have some questions I'm hoping someone can answer.

1. Are grains and flours completely forbidden? Or can it be eaten sometimes? Like porridge out of quinoa, oats, buckwheat etc.

Rice with...? School lunches ideas

Hello everyone,

Lately I've been bringing rice mixed with peppers, carrot, corn, some green onions and herbs to eat as late lunch at school. I find it stores well and is easy to eat as well.

Green Salad for Lunch

Breakfast was a date and mango smoothie - huge. So good...(not sure if soaking the dates is hugely worth it but that was new).

So today I had a huge salad for lunch with a dressing of mango blended with some avocado.  It was awesome.
