I first found out about 30 Bananas a Day from a friend of mine who suggested I check out Durianrider's YouTube Channel. I was taking off for a 2 1/2 month bicycle tour across the United States of America riding from New York to California. I watched his videos as much as possible and he's changed my perspective since. That led me here and now I'm a changed man. My goal is to become a student here and also share my knowledge on the road to a healthier lifestyle through eating a fruit and plant based diet and my passion for cycling, art, food and travel.

I've been doing the Raw Till 4 lifestyle for almost three years now. I'd like to gain more of a knowledge base on what fruit will benefit my nutrition and make me a better cyclist.
