So basically,
same time last year I was cycling every day and I was losing weight and I LOVED it! I LOVED the diet and still do until this day! But people continuously kept telling me and bringing me down that ' i was getting unhealthy skinny ' and I was silly enough to listen to them and stopped the dieting, now I sit here borderline overweight BMI at 24 simply because I let some IDIOTS opinions reflect on me!
Reason why I'm posting this?
to kick myself in the ass, try everything all over again and to help others that are having the same problems.
Here goes nothing.
Ps. I refer to it as a lifestyle irl, not dieting <3
