I'm transitioning back to raw and am almost 100% now. I am looking for some accountability and support to get to that mark and stay there!! Anyone interested in doing an all raw challenge with me!?

Currently on banana island for a few days and then planning on trying fully raw after going back to raw til 4 (completely whole foods) after getting stuck eating vegan junk food every day but still raw til noon. I've got some planning to do though and lots of mental conditioning...

Yeah o totally believe that. Wow, two years seems like forever!! The longest I had ever been fully raw was one month last year. I did just love it. I felt so free and simple, and food no longer have gave me anxiety the way it had in the past. Can't wait to get back to that. Thanks for sharing =)
80/10/10 no overt fats. I sometimes eat a salad in the evening and add some soy sauce into it, that's all. It's been a year since I started high carb lifestyle and decided to commit to all raw only now. I wish you success on this journey!

i feel best when fully raw! and have been fully raw for 2 years now! personally, i think the longer you do this the more you enjoy it! :)
