Hi Banana Girl!! Been reading the Facebook entries and watched your video (Rawtill4)..I really feel your intent and desire to help and make practical suggestions to move all of us into cleaner eating without having to suffer with the (so often) fat and cooked transgressions a lot of us have and still go through in our attempt to take on such a radical diet as LVRV. So often after a day of eating a lot of fruit ...I feel kinda sick of fruit and reject eating anymore for that day. Eating a cooked starch/roots/vegies and a salad makes PERFECT sense.
So Thank You..I get your vibe and your intention.
Hey,
Can I post my daily stats anywhere on this 30BAD website?
I feel more comfortable because Facebook's Raw Till 4 page is an open group..
Cheers!
