Because I live in New Hampshire and they don't exist locally in winter. So I have to depend unripe and lousy tasting tomatoes. In addition I would like to make a pasta sauce and they tend to make or break the recipe.

From Vivapura. I'm pretty sure they don't have salt - I have them at home and they're yummy and don't taste salty or list salt as an ingredient.
