Thank you for taking your time to answer my question. I really felt that there are people in this world that care to help others. You should come to Ireland. There is nature EVERYWHERE and that can give you some peace. Although it is not too warm, the wind and the rain also give me a wonderful sensation, especially when I am jogging. have a lovely day. xxx
hay gretchen howsit nice and warm in marin compared to sf where ive been working, hope i didnt miss the extravaganza expo, i recommend the florida mangos from justin a bit of a splurge though with all the summer fruits, i hit up earls and got some major heirloomage deals
hey I read that you were still having hypercholesterolemia issues on lfrv. there's an episode of john mcdougall's radio show available free on itunes (under podcasts) where he interviews robert pritikin, who discusses some trouble shooting tips for folks with familial high cholesterol. one thing he mentioned is that trigs can be lowered by eating smaller meals throughout the day rather than large meals. this would help lower LDL too, to the extent they were contributed by high trigs.
also have you ever tried microalgae dha supplements? might be good for LDL/HDL ratio. haven't tried them myself but might be worth a shot.
take care
