Yes! Its the best! When I don't feel like drinking a smoothie, I freeze the bananas and blend it with my other ingredients, minus the liquid, and eat it for breakfast. It is soooo yummy.
What I do is just add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cacao powder, 5-6 frozen bananas and 1 cup almond milk (I tried water once and it didn't turn it into ice cream x.x) Ends up being perfect, least for me. Very rarely would I add peanut butter. Too much fat :(

LOVE this one - Silly question I know but do all these recipes assume that you are catering for one person ;-)
If you want to lower the fat, I love adding peanut flour + agave instead (:
Thoughts on banana nicecream for, or after, your dinner?
What about the theory that you shouldn't eat fruit after a cooked meal because it will cause digestion problems?
OR is it just fine to have nicecream for dinner instead of a salad ? Because that is something I certainly wouldn't mind.
Love to keep the discussion rolling and hear your thoughts - (I'm new to this so just absorbing as much information as possible).
Sometimes I see it as a dessert. Sometimes it's just a great meal any time of day. I think we're all different as far as "what sits well when."
I've made this before! I go lighter on the peanut butter, due to the fat content. Still, this is a yummy dessert!
