so i really want to go HCLF vegan but my mom is standing in the way and forcing me to eat fish because she thinks if i eliminate fish from my diet it will stunt my growth (i am 16 and 5'1"). is it true that going vegan before growth ends will affect it? what should i do? sb plz answer asap :(

I expect it has something to do with the excess acidic animal protein putting a burden on the growing body.
Um heavy metals and PCBs will stunt your growth not to mention lower your IQ. :(

I know some very tall fully grown vegan people that were raised vegan since birth, so I don't think it'll mess up with your growth.
