I've never had an eating disorder or anything like that. However, I have restricted calories and binge eaten. I have never been at an unhealthy weight but I am not happy with how I look and feel. I know that even though my calorie restriction has never been crazy (1,000 at the worst) I have probably done some damage to my body. I'm a bit scared and I kinda just want to know what will happen to my body and weight before I start on this lifestyle!

you will gain weight only if you are underweighted. Thats just healing. I had the same problems, and Im so happy to not worry about eating too much anymore. Your cat is cute
Im a average weight (5'4'' and 120lbs). Correct me if I'm wrong, but the weight gain would prob be like 5-10lbs for a couple of weeks- a couple of months?

Yep, your prolly gonna gain a tonne if your body needs to.
You can can delay the inevitable and just keep up your ED. Get back to us when you are 35 (Freelee's age) and tell us how you are going. ;)
