I have been following HCRV diet for 4 weeks and it seems that I have lost a lot of weight the first 3 weeks and now I have stopped. It is also harder for me to eat the required amount of calories. I eat about 8-10 bananas 1 or 2 pineapples, 2 or 3 mangos,1 bell pepper,1 cuke, some kale,watercress,2 mangoes,4 dates. some blue berries and a bunch of mixed baby greens. Smoothies make me really bloated. Any ideas? my skin has dried out on my face and it is red and blotchy. I also drink about 2 liters of water a day.

Hey, it's normal to experience high weight loss in the first weeks : the colon's cleansing, it's not fat. Longterm you'll lose fat as well. Freelee didn't lose it in weeks, but in months. The benefits come gradually : first better digestion, then feeling more energic, then mental clarity, then clearer skin, and step by step losing weight. Getting balanced can't be done so quickly. Gaining weight was quick ? Getting rid of the extra pounds takes time as well. My advice would be to be patient if you want the results long term. I know what I'm saying because I lost 28 pounds in 18 days, water fasting, in a quick way, and gained it back + few pounds. Be patient and you body will thank you, and so will you to yourself later. Peace !
Thanks for the response. I take no meds. I never slept a lot. 4 or 5 hours used to be a nights sleep. Now I am getting 7-8 hours ever night. What kind of greens do you recommend to use to mix it up?
thanks I am using all organic greens. Do you eat your meals mono or mix them up? Do you eat your greens all at once or several times a day?
Thanks so much for your help
Sometimes mono. Mostly I do fruit smoothies - 2 qts in the morning with mixed fruit and of course 'nanas. Followed by 1 qt of green smoothie made in my vitamix blender. You start out slow with the greens. Check out Victoria Boutenko youtube videos, books, website. Then I have a humongous salad for dinner. I also have an afternoon snack of celery with blended vegies as a dip. Remember to use a variety of greens each week.
