Some days I eat around 4,000 calories which I'm totally fine with. Other days I'm just not so hungry and I feel like ill be sick if I eat more so I end up eating around 1500-2000 calories. Is that okay for some days? Note: I am not trying to restrict my calories. I've learned to love abundance c:

  • Okay thanks! I was just thinking about those days (rare) that I might not eat that much (unintentionally), and what impact it would have.
