I am a mostly raw vegan. I eat fruits and veggies throughout the day and a simple cooked vegan meal at night. I am totally into lfrv/hcrv lifestyle and will take any advice given. I exercise 3-5 or 6 days a week by running mostly. I am a very open person and would love to learn everything there is to learn about health and fitness (obviously). I am trying to communicate with more people like me for support and suggestions.

I am 15, 125 pounds and 5"2. I do get exercise (just recently stopped martial arts to do track for my school and I'm getting more into running). I am already vegan(mostly raw-I eat a beans and/or rice for "dinner"). I would like to become fully raw because I know how much better it is for my body and my life. I eat anywhere from 1800 to 3000 calories a day and my mom claims I'm eating too much and will get fat. I have a little history of anorexia/bulimia but I'm getting over it. It's troubling mentally, sometimes because of weight gain but I know I can get through anything and do anything I setmy mind to. Hearing my mom say I'm eating too much makes it harder, any advice?

Thanks for the add Brianna :)
Hey Brianna! I read through your profile and I know how you feel when your mom says "you're eating too much and you'll gain weight". My dad does the same thing. It's frustrating, I know. Especially when you have a history of anorexia, like you and I do. But next time your mom says that tell her that if you gain weight it's part of the healing journey and that it'll come off in the long run.
