SUCCESSES!!!
Big or small, one thing that helps me to stay on the right track is to think about the times when I've reached the smaller goals on my path to overall health & wellness. Maybe this can be a thread where we can talk about the ways that we've been successful at eating LFRV each week.....?To start it off, since I struggle with getting in enough veggies late at night (I'm a VERY slow eater and those giant salads are unrealistic for me) I've been packing more veggies into my smoothies--spinach,…

Hey LN,
How is the new processor and dehydrator? I am looking into purchasing those and would like to know your thoughts! :)
Going to get a food processor and a dehydrator today. Stepping my game up as I get serious on doing this raw vegan thing.
I will post my success every Monday morning.

Hey all! New to vegan-ness and the HCRV lifestyle, learning as I go. Trying to think of creative ways to do this on a budget and encourage my family, friends & broader community to do the same. Excited to connect! :)
Hey folks! I'm so happy to have found this group. The number of fruitarians in our community has a lot of growing to do!
Did anyone else fail miserably during the holidays? I definitely had to reboot during the first week of the new year.
Helllo everyone...newbie LFRV....from Atlanta!
Hi,
I have been in this banana community for years and I am happy there is this group because this lifestyle is a challenge and having the cultural element is even more of a challenge. The challenges from food to hair care have been something that I have been working on. I need others that understand especially because of the hair care. I am still trying to learn how to care for my hair without chemicals and additional products, but right now, I just have a puff ball. So whoever started this group, thank you.
