    Hi everyone!! I'm about 6 months into this lifestyle, coming from a restrictive (1200 cals per day or less), the transition was easy because I've been vegan for 8 years but I don't have much support :(

    Hello everyone, I'm i need of some new friends with like minds. The friends I have now are ok but i tend to fall of my path when i hang out with them becaause they still eat the SAD diet. I want to hand out with other 80/10/10 people. If there is anyone in the Atlanta area that wants to hang out please let me know and please inform me on any gatherings or group hang outs. Peace
