I'm making this group to share these awesome kitchen tools.
My daughter Katy whose head chef for Dr Graham in Costa Rica found them at the local market here on the Island of Hawaii. She took with her to Dr D's events in Costa Rica last year where people just loved them and what you can do with them. Lots of the people attended wanted them so when I got back from Costa Rica where I interned, (great experience) I checked out the guy at the local market who gave me a great deal.
I've sold lots of them to the folks that were at the Fasting and Feasting retreat and on the Walking Tour. Someone I sold some to for her and her friends, suggested I make them available here. She said she was sure there would be lots of people on 30 Bad who want them also...so here I am.
They are great at home or to pack when you're traveling, so light and easy to use and they make so many delicious 811 dishes, real easy to make. One of the favorite dishes folks liked in Costa Rica was angel hair spaghetti but there are so many other things you can make as you'll see on this video. I also know 811's are great with coming up with their own recipes and ideas. Members of our 811 community (Kanekiki) here in Hawaii community are using them in lots of creative ways to add texture to salads and present all manner of dishes.
