Hi guys.
I am on my third BI now and am noticing that I am craving, and physically able to, consume almost twice the nanas per day that I did the first time around. I was averaging 20 and now I can easily put away 35. While I'm pretty full towards the end of each day I am not overly full.
My info:
- I am female and quite small, 5'3" and 105 lbs.
- I am pretty active, run 6x a week, some strength training 3x a week, nothing crazy
- While on BI I have VERY regular eliminations. Like 10x a day probably.
- I mostly have pure banana smoothies and sometimes greens, thought I try to stick to nanas only.
Any advice? How many do you guys eat a day? Thanks in advance!!!

how big are your bananas? are they super sweet, organic, fair trade? how long are you running for each day? 4000 calories seems about right for your activity level and about how much you are eating with 35 bananas, depending on how sweet and how big they are. how many days on BI have you done before and how many are you going for now?
Thanks for responding!
Bananas are medium, very ripe, so pretty sweet. I am trying to limit it to 25-30 a day because I look ridiculously bloated and am gaining weight when I go over 30...but I am so ravenous for more!
Previously I did a max of 5 with a few transition days after. I want to do more than that but it's hard because of my social schedule this summer. In your experience does 4-7 benefit you at all or only longer stretches?
