Hey everyone, I'm a High Carb Cooked Vegan and have started my journey on banana island. I originally began my post in the HCCV section but I found this place and feel it's more appropriate to post here.
I got a whole bunch of banana’s that have an air gab in the middle and when you split them they look like the bellow, they also do not smell that good to me, but my smelling can be off...
I need some advices from some people more experienced with bana
so far so good! i ate one small bowl of raw miso soup though yesterday evening because i was super chilled - a MISTAKE! felt awful. back to 100 percent bananas and water today.

This being the 3rd day now on BI and i m feeling so tired all the time. Ive been getting about 12 hour sleep anyway. Is this normal and what did you experenced?How long did you go before reintroducing greens?Please share your exp. Thanks
I was wondering if when you blend your bananas do you add water at all? I like the consistency without water, but I'm not sure if its easier to digest with water added.
has anyone on banana island experienced this the first few days or is it just me. previous to this for the past week i've only eaten mono meals of fruit. I have exercised the past two days and have drank plenty of water. I some of my bananas as well.
So I thought I would start my own thread on BI.I am now on day 7 and have just been having bananas blended with celery and I am in heaven! I love it. I really think I will find doing this for a month will be easy..I love bananas!
