I got my blood tests done and my b12 levels were extremely low so i decided to start doing the injection. I injected myself with cyanocobalamin and i noticed i would get red bumps all over my face and chest. i didnt do the injection for a while and my skin cleared up. i decided to do the b12 pills instead to see if i would be fine with that and i took methylcocalamin pills and i noticed the red bumps on my face and chest again....
Anyone else have this problem? Its annoying cuz i want to get my b12 levels up but i dont want to have severe redness and an irritated face everytime i take b12...

i'm skeptical that the supplements were really the trigger, but I'll just take your word for it.
Try methylcobalamin shot maybe? Your first couple sentences had me thinking that it was just too much of the wrong kind of B12.
Anyway, that's a couple of possibilities.
1) you're freaking out about nothing lol :P
or 2) cyanocobalamin might actually be toxic...?? Cyanocobalamin usually does not occur in living organisms- -Wikipedia
Possibly a combination of the two... Any dietary or sleep changes recently?
