  • B12 shots are the best for increasing your levels 100%.

  • I get my B12 from Nerium EHT (167% DV) which also has 500% of Vitamin D. It was developed at Princeton University for brain Health. I'm a brand partner and you can see more info about it here... http://nerium.com/shop/jsearle/products#/MIND

Let me know if you have any questions?

  • Has anyone heard of Eligen B12? It’s a prescription oral tablet I recently read about that works as well as the IM B12 injection, even if you don’t have intrinsic factor. Apparently it came out a month or two ago to treat vitamin B12 deficiency

  • Hi!

Which B12 type of complex/shots do you think would be the most beneficial? They are offered at a clinic in my town in Colorado.

    This is their site: http://www.b-12shotsofcolorado.com/

I have been a low fat vegan for about 7 months now, but my parents were vegetarian since they were kids so I have never eaten meat. I just started doing 80-10-10 about 2 months ago and i rarely eat cooked foods.

I am trying to lose a body fat and build muscle. I have been exercising almost every day for at least an hour, sometimes twice a day running, lifting weights, and using gym equipment. I have not seen a huge difference so far, though I have definitely gotten stronger. I think I mostly have belly fat. Im currently on banana island. Im 160cm tall, about 48kg. I want to be strong, healthy with defined lean muscles like Freelee!

  • Thanks! I also just watched a video about how Spirulina might not be as clean as it should be...

  • Laurel, spirulina contains a b12 analog (not the vitamin we need but something similar), that may actually reduce our b12 levels if we take it. Check it out for yourself.

My position on the b12 issue is that we are supposed to make it ourselves with bacteria in our gut, but our poisoned food supply makes that very unlikely. However, some people's b12 levels actually go up on this diet
  • How about Spirulina? I heard that putting a teaspoon in your smoothie adds B12 and Iron?

  • does anyone here NOT supplement b12 and are not deficient?

  • wheres the best place to get a uMMA test? b12.com? and how do you do it?

B12 from the soil

Hi people!I have an idea. I read that since the produce are washed after harvesting, the soil and B12 containing bacteria are removed as well. What if I go out into the woods in the national park near by and bring some soil home with me from a pristine area, which I later put into a container and I burry some vegetables in it for let's say 3 days to a week prior to consumption? Will the beneficial bacteria culture spread on to the surface of the produce, and if it does will it be neough? What…

Methyl b12 chewables

Get these, don't get shots or the synthetic b12. Dad's been taking these for over 35 years. Take them every 3 days or more if you want, you just urinate the excess b12 out. 1000mg's a chewable is more than enough.http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Methylcobalamin-5000mcg-Lozenges/dp/B0013OQGO6Vitamin B-12 warning: Avoid cyanocobalamin, take only methylcobalaminLearn more:…
