I found out about it from a friend and have been transitioning for 2 years. 80/10/10 works fab for me. Frustratingly I get it wrong when I'm socialising and I don't eat my smoothies on time although I always take them with me. When I don't eat on time, I feel under-carbed on returning home and feel I need cooked food to get the calories in more quickly. I eat gluten free, brown rice pasta with steamed, frozen peas. I've tried every other cooked vegan food with poor results. My preference is 100% LFRV for optimal wellness.
