Hi everyone
Every now and again I just dont feel like eating a huge salad. But the other day as i wandered through the fruit and veg shop I suddenly had a craving for green beans! I love green beans and can happily munch my way through half a kg plus no worries. I just checked out there nutrient value and they score pretty high against lettuce so now I will happily add these into my greens rotation as a staple. Easy to take in the car with me and munch on the road too! http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2341/2
Are there any downsides that anyone can point out to eating green beans as opposed to green leafy veg?

That sounds good to me, too! They are seed pods, however, not greens; leaves are greens. Don't go too long without eating some leaves. I think putting them in your rotation is very smart. I'm going to follow suit and order some in next week's box! Thanks for the inspiration.
I can't think of any down side to eating green beans too. I think we all go through periods when we desire to change a few things. Enjoy the change! Also thanks for that great web site. I did some exploring and like it very much.
