Okay so i wanted to start rt4 2 days ago but i just cant get enough fruits in the day.At night, i go on a rice binge(about 6pm). Then i feel stuffed and i get a huge belly. After that, i will seek out junk food at 8-9pm ( i ruined today's start with junk food and i feel really guilty...). I just want sweets (help!!! I dont get why! *sobs*)The next day, my belly wont subside either after detoxing. (Is this normal? Did i binge too much?)I manage to pack in more fruits today but... Sweets >< i know i have to be stronger to resist the sweets but i would like to know how you guys start. Please share with me some of your advice. I really want to start rt4 and improve my health ^^...Oh and if there is anyone who wants to be friends and support each other throught this lifestyle, do let me know~ :D

Medjool dates for sweets, darling. That's what cured my sweet addiction: dates, dates, dates. I would binge on caramel and all kinds of chocolate for years and years until I discovered "dates" from Freelee. In the beginning, I ate a LOT (plain, in smoothies, on nicecream, with nut butters, any way I wanted as long as it wasn't with anything processed and it remained a whole food), and my cravings eventually died down. Like all things when it's a transition-- it is a personal process (meaning; I stopped being too hard on myself, I enjoyed the food each day without guilt, I allowed time to work its magic, and ultimately my addiction released me on its own. It is a miracle too because I was fiercely addicted to sweets for 2 decades before this lifestyle). You just need to experiment with making your own sweets from fruits-- and there are hundreds of ways, it truly IS amazing! :)
