We all know it can be hard reconciling HCRV with a hectic work/study schedule, a social life and a budget! There are temptations everywhere and it can be hard to make time to devote to your health. This group aims to provide a forum for students on HCRV diets to support each other and to share helpful tips and resources.

Here are some issues we can discuss:

- How to stay raw on a budget
- Coping with study/exam stress
- Awkward room mates (limited fridge space? Y U eat so many bananas?)
- Avoiding alcohol/coffee

    Hey everyone, just finished my bachelor's degree in software engineering :) !!! It's was pretty though, but I made it through! Looks like I am going to the Thai fruit fest in a few days, I've been thinking I should look into the some of the universities in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, to see if I might to a Masters degree in computer science there. Anyone here knows anything about the quality of the various Thai university educations in science? I've been doing some searching online and from what I found so far it's not exceptional.

Do you find that eating HCRV puts you in a good frame of mind to handle exam stress?

I discussed going raw with friends before. They tell me that they would try it but they're too stressed, they've got exams going on, etc, but might consider it when they have some free time. It makes sense that being busy/stressed would make one put off a major lifestyle/diet change. But on the other hand, this lifestyle is simple in principle, and among the benefits are improved clarity of mind and more energy.So, has HCRV helped you to achieve academic success? :)Will bananas make me pass my…
