So todays the first of my 30 day challenge, if anyone wants to join in feel free to post below :)Im starting a new job on 18th Nov and also moving to a new town so i thought it'd be good for me to get back to basics and feel fit and healthy ready for this new start in my life.So today I've eaten as follows:B- 5 small bananasL- 400gms grapes and 4 satsumasT- Huge salad with lots of potato wedges (homemade of course without oil or salt)Snacks- Dried organic apricots and datesWater- 2litresExercise-Walkig to and from work:) Feelin like its a good start!
