Well, I am guessing that not all Chipotle locations are as vegan friendly as others... I had what I was told was a vegan burrito for dinner, but ended up being so sick to my stomach and so gassy.
So today (and probably the rest of the week) will be 100% raw, I need to let my body heal from that ordeal.
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you handle it?

ya i do not know about Chipotle .... i heard that there brown rice is actually just fried white rice. I would stick to eating at home or a place where it is more reliable than fast food chains. I once had a bowl there with beans and rice and i felt fine. So overall stick with food that you now is safe.
Let's just say that I learned my lesson with Chipotle!
I visited a bigger city over the weekend and found some wonderful cooked vegan meals at family-owned restaurants. The meals seemed to be pretty low in oil and salt, but were still flavorful and nutritious. And I felt great after eating them!
you could just be very sensitive to any oil, because they're supposed to have actual vegan options, rice included. but worse case scenario, it was cross-contaminated with meat or dairy.
i eat there sometimes. i've had good experiences and bad ones.
Yeah them oils can get you at times. I agree! Stick with safe foods!
Their rice has a pretty good amount of oil in it. If I eat there I skip the rice but get a burrito bowl with sofritas. Then when I get home, I just add rice that I cook myself and lots of romaine if I'm craving greens (: I do get some salsa on it and honestly, I don't always feel great afterwards. I often have a weird film in my mouth. Maybe the salsa is too much for a lot of us (garlic, onions, salt, vinegar)?
Thanks - I am glad that I am not the only one this has happened to, but I am disappointed that we have to go through this.
I am feeling much better!
