    • whats so funny lol :p

  • thank you so much for the help :)

  • Wow! How do you do it?

What do you eat daily, tell me, please.

    • here is what i ate the other day:

      about 9 cups of mangoes

      300g of dates

      540g of corn pasta

and tomato sauce that i made myself using a 154g can of tomato paste, water, a small onion, tons of mushrooms, a zucchini, cilantro, basil, and some italian dried spices!

this is an average day for me. about 3800 calories. i noticed it was hard to get enough nutrients until i increased my calories and now it's really easy! i feel a lot better too.

      hope this helped :)

    • No greens, vegetables?
    • not that day, but a lot of the time i have some lettuce or spinach before a meal, or steam tons of veggies to put on potatoes :)

    • Thank you!

Do you do a lot of workout?

    • well i walk 20 to 40 minutes almost everyday but not for the purpose of exercise i just don't have a car or bike lol. other than that my exercise hasn't been much lately. sometimes i'll go for a hike or a 15 minute run

so a barely do that much exercise. i'm only 5'4 and 16 years old but i eat so much sometimes i worry that it's too much. but if i eat less i get cravings for unhealthy foods :). i did gain a bit of weight but i used to calorie restrict like crazy so i think thats why

  • It doesn't really metter if your body cannot assimilate all of these vitamins, so I wouldn't trust cronometer.
Keep in mind that quality of food and soil it's important as well.
