what to do with A LOT OF orange peels in a compostheap because these are too acidic for it?

what do you do with peels of an orange?

when we do them in our compost it is to acid. so now we keep them separated but don't know what to do with such an amount.

Turn Bad news into Good News!

I have 3 big Flow-Through Wormbins in the Attic of our Flat and I wrap everything in lots of newspaper which is high in carbon. It will ferment for a while, and when the process is through, the worms attack :)

I get the newspaper from coffeeshops, all around.
Coffeegrounds are good for your garden and compost, too!

I know what you mean.
More carbon will help.
I've made quite a few orange dominated composts.
They turn out beautiful in the end.

{Orange-Infused Vinegar}

Recipe: Cover orange peels with white vinegar. Let it steep for a few weeks. Load into a spray bottle and use for cleaning.
