We have an amazing permaculture-forestgarden in the rainforests of Costa Rica consisting of a wide range of different species.... and many mature fruit trees!! Our project focuses on raw Vegan, self-sufficiency, simple, natural life, off-grid life, deep ecology spirituality, etc.. We are looking for like-minded folks to join and help us with our project . what to do with A LOT OF orange peels in a compostheap because these are too acidic for it?

what do you do with peels of an orange?when we do them in our compost it is to acid. so now we keep them separated but don't know what to do with such an amount. thanksluna
