Found out about Natural Hygiene when I was 23 and went raw then for 6 months but without Doug's amazing instruction manual I failed to keep going. Been mainly vegan ever since till I hit 34 then back to raw.
Former musician and industrial designer (furniture) the later being my previous source of income and main source of much moral anguish! Now i'm just a bum hanging out in Asia!

Glad to find another who's been doing the same. (: I think it might've been in that thread of yours that I first caught word the book (well, at least it was via 30BAD, about three years ago).
My man, how is the re-entry going? You headed up North yet? I saw you got some blood tests done....curious if you were taking any b12 supplements before that? Hope it's all smooth rolling for ya........Pindorama seems to be a dead end lead. Will keep ya posted on S.America. Still in Thailand, having trouble leaving. Good trouble though. Back to Trang to get the proverbial shit togetha! Talk to ya soon!
sweet
Hey Stephen, maybe I can swing by Charlie's and grab a couple flicks from ya. Hmmmm? 2:30 ish?
Sounds good! I don't know the spot, but I'll look for it. Sorry this reply is so late, the train wasn't exactly on time, if you know what I men. 3+ hours behind schedule. Am leaving the hostel pronto.
Hey Stephen, I'll be rolling in to BKK on the morning of the 4th. I'll take a room at ETZ if there is one available. Likely very close to Charlie's place as it is near the Lumpini station and the park. Will you be in town on that day?
Ya, I was staying right near the park at a hostel called etzz. How's Charlie's? Price? See ya soon!
Hey hey! Cool, looking forward to meeting up! I'll likely know an exact date soon, but for the moment am shooting for around the 5th. Sorry I can't be specific just yet, am considering a number of things. I'll get back to ya in a couple days. Does going home mean a return to Oz?
Hi Stephen,
No problem with the change of plans. But, I'm not sure if I'm keen to head straight to Bangkok from KL. Jesse ( a member here) will be arriving in KL around the same time as me, and it looks like we may be in KL for a day or so before heading over to Kuching in Sarawak (where Jessica Chen is) to travel a bit there and try the local durians. From Jessica's descriptions the durians are worth the trip. This is still not definite, but it looks likely. So to go to Bangkok for a few days would mean a flight up and then another back down. Anyhow, I would really like to hang out a bit you, Olivia and Ryno, so I'll think about ways to make it happen. If not this time, then I'm sure we'll cross paths some day.
