It would be great if you could check out the info I just added to the sign up page. I've found most people don't read the forum guidelines so I thought I would add a "preview". All you have to do is sign out and then press the Sign UP button...

It is long, but it does give out essential information that I also agree, most people never get when they join because they don't bother to read the guidelines...
Yet since Shell's much more user-friendly version doesn't address anti-fruit posts or other more detailed info, adding the link should make it all clear. Assuming they follow and read!
I'm not sure I see the preview. Everything on the page you wrote looks good to me. I think it's a great idea to direct people to a link to read the guidelines. I too believe many people don't read the guidelines. Maybe you could put a short version somewhere like Be exceedingly polite and sweet and watch your language, swear words are only permitted in the steam room and never in the steam room titles: Please go to the link to learn more about posting here.
