Hey everyone I am currently miscarrying at 6 weeks. Doctor found no heartbeat and that same evening I started miscarrying. I ent for an ultrasound and no baby was found. Last night I had intense cramping and nausea and have been passing clots all night and now today. I am in so much pain both physically and emotionally. This is my 2nd pregnancy and first miscarriage. Any tips or advice for me right now on how to get through this? Are there any specific vitamins or minerals or anything you found useful during this time?

Thanks so much for your sympathy and advice ladies. I am almost done completely miscarrying but I am feeling emotionally all over the place still. Also I feel really heavy this week and puffy looking which is making me feel even worse about the whole thing. I am really checking my diet for salt again and making sure I am cutting out all sources of it. I made my own ketchup last night out of salt free tomato sauce, herbs & stevia. I have been having fruit (mainly banana & spinach) smoothies with carob twice a day with usually a cooked vegan dinner like potatoes and a salad. But I noticed the salad dressing I was using was full of salt so maybe that's contributing to the puffiness feeling. Also I bought some dates and I noticed I feel like binging on them all day and I think they are making me gain weight to. I feel really heavy & lethargic after eating them so I think after this bag is done I wont be buying them again for a while..
any other tips you can give me :( Bella thanks for the advice about crying out to God. :) I appreciate that. I have lots of friends praying for me to..

Sorry about your loss. Our first was a miscarriage and it was before eating HCLF vegan. I found that raspberry leaf tea with nettle helps finish the process and gives loads of vitamins and minerals. I never found anything to help with the emotional pain except having someone pray for me and talking to God (more like yelling, but He can take it). Big, big hugs to you and you are in my prayers!
So sorry you are going through this. I know how much love and energy we put out there the minute we find out we are pregnant. Keep carbed to help the healing process both physical and emotional.
