Hey there! I was just wondering if there are any raw peeps in the Kitchener/Waterloo region? I'm kinda struggling and would love to get to know some folks in my area. :)

    I'm in KW, there's also a Raw Food Meetup http://www.meetup.com/kw-raw/ Not 811 specific but all are welcome.

    Hi Abby!

    I'm in kitchener, too! I am super new to this (2 days in, waiting for my 80-10-10book in the mail) and would love some tips on where to buy fruit and dealing with the cold weather without warm food. any advice would be appreciated.

    Hey Abby, I'm in Kitchener too and am pretty new to all of this.  Any tips you may have on where you get your fruit would be greatly appreciated! :)  The farmers market seems like the best option, but the quality isn't always there.

    Also, if you haven't noticed, there is also a raw vegan group on meetup.com for the kw area.  I don't know much about it yet or if they follow 811 but there are a nice few people in the group.
